Terms and conditions

These terms govern the purchase and use of HostBoost listing reports at hostboost.pro. By ordering a report you accept them. You must be at least 18 years old to order.

1. Who we are

HostBoost is a brand of Rental Ninja, S.L. (tax ID B67572370), C/ Sant Pere Més Alt 66, Local 1, 08003 Barcelona, Spain, registered in the Commercial Registry of Barcelona, Volume 47213, Folio 141, Page 544899. Contact: [email protected], or by post at the address above.

2. The service

A HostBoost report is a written review of one public Airbnb listing, delivered as a PDF in your account within 24 hours of payment. The report scores the listing and recommends changes. It is advice, not a guarantee of views, bookings, or revenue. You keep full control of your Airbnb account; we never ask for your login.

The first report includes a video call with a vacation-rental specialist. On later reports the call is an optional add-on.

If we cannot finish a report, we tell you by email and refund it in full.

3. Ordering and payment

You order by submitting a public Airbnb listing URL and paying through Stripe. Your account is created with the email and password you enter on the order form. Prices are shown in euros before you pay. Each additional report costs less than the one before, as shown when you order. Stripe issues an invoice for every payment to the billing details you enter at checkout. Enter a company name and VAT number at checkout if you need them on the invoice.

Reports paid with prepaid credits are governed by these same terms. Unused credits are not refundable.

4. Refunds and withdrawal

If the report is not useful to you, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we refund the full price. A refund request does not need a reason. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

The report is digital content that we start producing as soon as you pay. By ordering, you ask us to start right away and accept that the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law ends once the report is delivered. The refund guarantee above still applies after delivery.

5. Your obligations

• Submit only listings you own or manage, or have permission to review.
• Keep your account credentials confidential. Actions taken with your account are your responsibility. Tell us at once if you think your account is compromised.
• Do not resell, redistribute, or publish a report without our written consent. You may share a report through its share link; anyone with the link can read it.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

6. Intellectual property

The report is licensed to you for use with the listing it reviews. Copy, texts, and photo recommendations in the report may be applied to that listing without restriction. The HostBoost method, scoring, templates, and brand remain ours.

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account from your profile page at any time. Deletion removes your account and reports. We keep invoices for the period required by tax law.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. Orders already paid are delivered or refunded. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

9. Liability

The report reflects the public listing at the time of review and our professional judgment. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. This limit does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Spanish or European Union law.

10. Claims and governing law

To make a claim, write to [email protected]. We work with you to gather the facts and answer. These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers resident in the European Union keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence and may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless consumer law assigns another jurisdiction. If a clause of these terms is void, the rest remains in force. Not enforcing a right once does not waive it.
