HostBoost uses AI to analyze listing information and produce a prioritized report. Its goal is to help an individual host compete for guests. A vacation-rental specialist call is included with the first report.

## What information does the report use?

The report uses the listing and any additional property, pricing or market data supplied to its workflow. The available inputs vary. Photos, listing text, amenities, reviews and host information support specific recommendations. Missing private information cannot be reconstructed by a prompt.

The report does not log into your Airbnb account. Private message history, support cases and Insights statistics require your input. Calendar gaps alone cannot establish whether a night was booked or blocked.

## What does the score out of 10 mean?

The HostBoost score is an assessment of listing optimization. Its rubric weights photos at 25%, description and amenities at 15% each, host profile, house rules, title and reviews at 10% each, and distribution at 5%.

These are **HostBoost's weights**, not Airbnb's search algorithm. The potential score is an estimate for implementing the recommendations. It does not measure a later visit to your listing, a change in Airbnb star rating, or an increase in bookings.

## How should you interpret a recommendation?

| Type | Meaning | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Observation | Something present in the supplied listing evidence | The pool appears in photo 8 |
| Recommendation | HostBoost's judgment about what to change | Test the pool photo as the cover |
| Host check | A question requiring information we do not have | Compare views and conversion in your Insights |

An estimated benefit is not a measured result. Compare the same dates and guest requirements when evaluating pricing. Measure changes against comparable demand periods, and record other changes you made.

## Why can our advice differ from Airbnb's?

Airbnb serves guests, hosts and its marketplace as a whole. You are choosing the best strategy for one property. HostBoost can recommend a different approach, with the relevant costs and trade-offs stated. A strategy is not evidence that a platform rule or penalty disappears.

## Who is responsible for these guides?

The guides are published by HostBoost, operated by Rental Ninja, S.L. Dates identify publication and substantive updates. Source links support claims about platform behavior; sections labeled Our view express HostBoost's recommendations.

The guides are independent of Airbnb and are not an official Airbnb help center. Send corrections or questions through the [contact address](mailto:info@hostboost.pro).
